This episode is for anybody who is critical about their own body. If we over-criticise our bodies, it can lead to more harm than good. We can sometimes be filled with so much self-hatred whereby you're in a viscous circle of nothingness. This episode will aim to give you a balance of being motivated enough to 'do something about it'.
